Navarro Tree Service is such an amazing company! I had a very large oak tree fall on top of my neighbors house in the middle of the night during a storm in Galt, CA last weekend. We experienced 64MPH wind that evening, I’m told.. Trying to get OTHER companies out to remove the tree was a nightmare that only added to the stress. I started feeling powerless in this situation because I couldn’t get anyone to come out, or even call me back during this EMERGENCY. We were still in the middle of a large storm, and my neighbors house was suffering with the tree still on top of it. In a race against the storm, I felt as if we were going to lose, and my neighbors house would be water damaged far beyond repair. My mind started to wonder of all of the horrible things that were going to happen! Just as I was beginning to lose hope, Daniel with Navarro Tree Service came to my rescue. He was able to come look at the tree the same day I talked to him, and to my surprise, he had a crew on top of my neighbors roof the VERY NEXT DAY. I thought this would’ve been impossible considering all of the unreturned calls and texts I got from OTHER companies. The customer service provided by Daniel is TOP TIER, and I will only use this company from now on, and will only recommend this company to all of my friends and neighbors needing any kind of Tree Service. We can't say enough good about Navarro Tree Service. They showed up immediately when we called them about a tree leaning after a wind storm. Our 100 year old tree had become uprooted from the wind. They took immediate action to make our tree safe until they could bring in a crane to remove it. We highly recommend Daniel and his crew. I have used Navarro’s Tree Service a few times. They have pruned tress, removed trees and did some stump grinding for us.
